You know how I said I love DirecTV's customer service. I might change that. So far in 2.5 days weekdays of service they have called me twice to ask if I want to upgrade.
Leave me alone. I will call you if I need anyting.
Hopefully they will now stop calling as I requested.
In the meantime... waiting for Sears' customer service to call me back with 'voucher' info for the replacement washing machine...
